Our Directors are:

Sam Brock - moved to Ironwood with his parents Walt and Betty Brock in the early 1970s. Mr. Sam served as the camper services director, setting priorities for the various operations crews, as well as filling the calendar, before he became the director of Ironwood in 2001.

Carol Bond - Has been on resident staff since 1985.  She first joined Ironwood as part of the kitchen crew and served as program director of Rivertown for many years. Now as senior program director, she is responsible for summer staff recruiting as well as planning camps and coordinating camper activities for Ike's Roost. She has been instrumental in the success of our desert science camps and our horsemanship camps.
Scott Olson -worked faithfully for almost twenty years with the youth of Northwest Valley Baptist Church in Glendale, Arizona, before joining the Ironwood team in April 2005. Mr. Scott is the director of the Broken I Ranch

Andrew Pust - began working at Ironwood in the summer of 1993. Mr. Andrew now leads the Building and Maintenance Team, coordinating the building projects around camp.
Ron Perry- served as a summer staff counselor in 1996 and 1997 and as the Leadership Institute guys' counselor in 1998. Now, Mr. Ron serves as our spoke ministries director.
Larry Conway - joined the Ironwood staff in the late 80's as summer staff.  After completing college, he joined the resident staff. Mr. Larry has worn many hats in his time at Ironwood – wrangler, welder, and mechanic, to name a few. Currently, he is the people services director, handling the dining room and hospitality teams.
